You can create a Terraware account by signing in with an existing Google or Apple account, or by signing up with your email address and a password. Once your account is created, you'll need to be connected to an Organization before you can use Terraware.
Sign in with Google or Apple
- Go to terraware.io in your browser.
- Click Log In with Google or Log In with Apple.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate. Terraware creates your account automatically the first time you sign in.
Sign up with an email address
- Go to terraware.io in your browser.
- Click Sign Up.
- Enter your Name, Email Address, and a Password.
- Click Continue.
- Before you close the final Sign Up screen, check to see if you received a verification email from Terraware. If you didn't receive the email (it's not in your Inbox or flagged as spam), you can click Send again in the Sign Up screen. If you closed the Sign Up screen, you can go through the Sign Up flow again with the same email address.
- Open the verification email Terraware sends you and click Verify to activate your account.
Next steps
After creating your account, you need to be connected to an Organization before you can use Terraware. There are two ways this can happen:
- Create a new Organization — if your Organization isn't in Terraware yet, you'll set one up yourself. See Creating and Managing Your Organization for instructions.
- Join an existing Organization — an Admin in that Organization adds you. Once added, the Organization will be available the next time you sign in.
Note: If you don't have a Terraware account yet when an Admin adds you to an Organization, you'll receive an email with instructions to create one. After your account is set up, you'll have immediate access to that Organization.
