Managing Your Account

You can manage your Terraware account details, preferences, and Organization memberships from the My Account page. To access it, click your name at the top right of the screen and click My Account.

Log in to Terraware

  1. Go to terraware.io in your browser.
  2. Sign in using the credentials you used to create your account. Note: If you don't have an account yet, click Sign Up. See Creating an Account for instructions.

Edit your account details

  1. In the My Account page, click Edit Account.
  2. Update any of the following fields:
    • Name
    • Country
    • Language — determines the language displayed to you throughout Terraware.
    • Preferred Weight System
    • Time Zone Note: The email address associated with your account cannot be changed.
  3. Check or uncheck Receive Email Notifications to control whether you receive email notifications about activity in your account and Organization.
  4. Click Save to save your changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.

Remove your account from an Organization

Your account can be associated with multiple Organizations. If you need to remove yourself from one:

  1. In the My Account page, click Edit Account.
  2. In the Organizations table, check the checkbox next to the Organization or Organizations you want to remove your account from.
  3. Click Remove in the action bar above the table.
  4. Click Save.

Delete your account

  1. In the My Account page, click Edit Account.
  2. Click the More menu to the right of Edit Account and select Delete Account.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete Account to confirm.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
