Seedling Withdrawals

There are two ways to perform withdrawals for seedlings. Each has its uses depending on the purpose of your withdrawal. 

1. Bulk withdrawal:

   1. To perform a bulk withdrawal, navigate to the Seedling Inventory screen (Seedlings >> Inventory in the left hand navigation bar). 
   2. Next to the species name in the table you will see a checkbox. Check the box next to all of the species you wish to withdraw from. 
   3. When you do so, you will see a gray bar with a “Withdraw” button. Note that in order to make a bulk withdrawal you need to select more than one species. 
   4. Once you have done this click “Withdraw”. 
   5. Choose the purpose of your withdrawal from the following:
      • Planting: This is if you are planting these seedlings out in a planting site. Note that you will need to have “ready” plants and at least one planting site before you can choose this option. 
      • Nursery Transfer: This is if you are transferring plants between your nurseries.
      • Dead: Choose this option if you are withdrawing dead plants.
      • Other: Choose this option if you are withdrawing for a reason not listed above.
   6. Choose the nursery you are withdrawing from. 
   7. Enter in the withdrawal quantity from each seedling batch. 
      • Note that If you are withdrawing for out planting, you will need to provide photos of the batches you are withdrawing. This helps create a clear record of what has happened to the inventory in your nursery.

2. Withdrawing from a Single Seedling Batch: 
   1. Go to the Inventory Details Page of the species you are withdrawing from.
   2. Click on the withdraw button next to the seedling batch number you are withdrawing from.
