This article is currently *only* applicable to Terraformation Accelerator participants. If you are interested in applying for Terraformation's Accelerator you can do so here.
If you are a Terraformation partner organization you can submit your quarterly reports easily through Terraware! Terraware will surface your project data within generated reports so that creating them will require less work from your team.
If you do not have the Reports feature enabled in your account, please contact Terraformation using the Contact Us form in Terraware.
Only Admins of an organization will be able to view, edit, and submit reports.
Getting Started
Ensure you are an admin of your organization. Navigate to the Reports section of Terraware by clicking on “Reports” on the left hand navigation bar. Use the year dropdown to select which year’s reports you want to view.
Viewing Reports
The main page of Reports shows you a table with all of your past and current reports. You can see the status of each report:
- In Progress: This report is in progress and needs to be completed. In progress edits have been saved
- Locked: Someone is currently editing the report / has not saved their edits
- Submitted: This report has been submitted to Terraformation.
- Needs Updates: The Terraformation team has requested updates to this report
- Approved: This report has been approved by Terraformation
New Reports
Reports are automatically generated so there is no need to create new ones! When you have a new report that needs to be submitted you will get an email and a Terraware notification telling you that it’s time to submit a report.
Editing Reports
Please note that "Submitted" and "Approved" reports are NOT editable. If you need to update one of these reports, please reach out to your Terraformation contact.
To edit a report follow the steps below:
- Click on the name of the report you wish to edit
- Click on the “Edit” button on the top right hand side
- You will now be in edit mode, please complete the report to your best ability.
For each indicator, you will be able to edit the following fields:- Progress - input the progress made during the quarter
- Project's Comments - enter a short description of this quarter's progress (500 character limit)
- Make sure to click "Save" when you are done to save your updates
Submitting Reports
When you've completed your report, please submit the report for review by our Terraformation team. Remember that all submissions are final! Once submitted, you will no longer be able to edit the report.
- Click on the name of the report you wish to submit
- Review report for any mistakes - all submissions are final!
- Click “Submit for Approval”
