This article is *only* applicable to Terraformation Accelerator participants. If you are interested in applying for Terraformation's Accelerator you can do so by clicking the link on the homepage of your Terraware account.
If you are a Terraformation partner organization you are expected to add project activities to your Activity Log throughout the quarter to track your project's progress. Please refer to your PMP for more details on what types of activities should be added to the Activity Log and at what frequency.
Only Admins of an organization will be able to view, edit, and submit activities to the Activity Log.
Viewing the Activity Log
Navigate to the Activity Log section of Terraware by clicking on “Activity Log” on the left hand navigation bar. The Activity Log shows you a list of all your project's activities and display the activities' photos on a map.
From this page you can:
- View the full list of activities
- Filter the list of activities by date or activity type
- Click into an activity to view the full activity details
Adding a New Activity
Add an activity to your Activity Log by following these steps:
- Navigate to your Activity Log
- Click "Add Activity" in the top right corner
- Fill out the required fields, marked by an asterisk (*)
- Click "Save"
If you click "Cancel" your edits will not be saved
Editing an Activity
The following details can be edited for an activity:
Activity Type - This helps categorize the different types of activities. The activity type options are: 1) Seed Collection 2) Nursery & Propagule Operations 3) Planting 4) Monitoring 5) Site Visit 6) Social Impact 7) Drone Flight 8) Other
Date - Select the date the activity happened or ended if the activity happened over multiple days
Description - Input a description for the activity to provide more context on the activity
Media - See "Adding and editing Photos/Videos" below
Adding and editing Photos/Videos for an Activity
Photos and Videos can be added, edit and deleted from an Activity.

Upload a Photo / Video - you can upload photos AND videos to an activity (maximum 100 per activity).
Please note that the media gets uploaded to TW after clicking “Save”. So if the app is taking a while to load after clicking “Save”, DO NOT refresh if you are uploading many files or very large files, the files are most likely still uploading.

Edit a Photo / Video - for photos and videos, you can edit the following:
Caption - add a description for the specific photo
Ordering - use the ^ and ⌄ arrows or the number box to reorder the media
Cover photo - make the photo the cover photo for the activity
Hide on map - hide the photo’s geodata from the map
Delete a Photo / Video - deleting a photo / video from an activity is non-reversible

Cover Photo - select to make this photo the cover photo for this activity
Each activity can only have ONE selected cover photo. This cover photo will be used as the photo that represents the whole activity. For example, in the card listed on the activity log.
