This article is *only* applicable to Terraformation Accelerator participants. If you are interested in applying for Terraformation's Accelerator you can do so by clicking the link on the homepage of your Terraware account.
What are deliverables?
Deliverables are the main way that an Accelerator project will supply information to Terraformation during the first two phases of the Accelerator. This includes legal and financial documents about your project, your species list, and specific questions that are required to complete the feasibility study.
Every deliverable will require your team to supply some information and submit it to Terraformation. After providing data and submitting the deliverable, our team of experts will review the data. We will then provide feedback and either approve or reject the deliverable. Depending on the feedback, there may be additional steps required to edit or add additional details to the deliverable and re-submit.
There are three types of deliverables which will be discussed in greater detail below.
Where to find deliverables?
The list of all deliverables for your project, including previously submitted deliverables, can be found by clicking the Deliverables link in the left hand navigation menu.
Additionally, the currently due and upcoming deliverables will be shown at the top of your home page under the To Do and Upcoming headings.
Document Deliverables
Document deliverables will allow your project to upload files for review by Terraformation's team of experts. These files might include financial documents, legal documents, photos of your project site, or map files, among others. The due diligence phase of the Accelerator will require lots of document deliverables.
Species List Deliverables
Species list deliverables will allow your project to submit a proposed species list for your project to Terraformation for review. Since Terraformation's Accelerator focuses on biodiverse native forest projects, we have firm guidelines around the species that should be used depending on the project. After you submit your proposed species list, Terraformation's team of experts will review it for diversity, region appropriateness, and of course invasive species. If any changes are requested, our team will work with your project to make sure that the project has the highest chances of success.
Questionnaire Deliverables
Questionnaire deliverables are used to collect answers to additional questions about your project. The questions can cover any aspect of your project, from infrastructure, to planning, to questions about your previous restoration experience. Once submitted, these too will be reviewed by our team and we will reach out with any requests for additional information.
