Reports can be generated for Projects, and these Project Reports can include totals for multiple Planting Sites (such as total trees planted) that can be used for benchmarking. All Projects Reports can be selected to be generated quarterly. To initially set up quarterly reporting, see Reporting.
To select Project(s) for quarterly reporting:
- In the Reports screen, click Settings and Edit to access the list of Projects
- In the Settings screen, select the Projects for which reports will be generated
- Note: The Organization report is selected by default, and newly created Projects are selected
- Click Save to include quarterly reports for the selected Projects
- Note: The generated reports will include the Project in the Report name
- Repeat the above to de-select Projects for which Reports will be generated
To view, edit, and submit Project Reports:
- In the Reports screen, find the Project Reports by name in the Complete Reports pane
- Click the name of the Project Report to view the Report
- Click Edit Report to make changes to the Report
- Note: If another user is editing the Report, a dialog box will appear to confirm whether to continue with editing. To confirm, click Edit Report.
- In the Edit Report screen, change the Report information
- Click Save and Close to save changes to the Report without also submitting the Report to Terraformation
- Click Save and Next to provide additional information before submitting the Report to Terraformation
- Click Submit Report to save changes to the Report and to submit the Report to Terraformation
